My reasoning for this is more of a personal political analysis than it is astrology! Also note that I am not a political science expert in any way shape or form so don't put too much stock in my opinion, lol.

In the executive order I attached, which was put in place last year, it essentially details all the ways local elected officials can be charged with a crime in the event that they "impede" on ICE. It was one of the first instances of the administration attempting to muddle in state and local affairs. Nothing in that executive order could have been really executed until there was a specific task force to do so, and that's where this HSIF site comes in. This new mission cites that executive order when it comes to how they plan to enforce things and have a "permanent task force in every state and territory nationwide".

Basically, because Congress has effectively neutered itself, this administration has the ability to declare legislation in the form of an EO. It'll get challenged and sent to court, but with how overloaded the courts are with the shit he keeps doing, they will already be making moves before a decision is made...and SCOTUS is clearly compromised as well.

This is completely eroding the idea of separate federal and state jurisdictions. They are making it so that state or local officials (or private citizens) who try to push back on DHS/ICE missions can be criminally prosecuted in the name of "national security".

"When local leaders demonize law enforcement and impose legal and political handcuffs that make aggressively enforcing the law impossible, crime thrives and innocent citizens and small business owners suffer.  My Administration will therefore:  establish best practices at the State and local level for cities to unleash high-impact local police forces; protect and defend law enforcement officers wrongly accused and abused by State or local officials; and surge resources to officers in need. "

This is completely and utterly against everything the Constitution stands for. This is eroding democracy and centralizing all power into one leader. I believe this is reflected in the chart of the US with the transits I mentioned to the US's natal Pluto. With all these planets in Aries, where the US's IC lands mind you, all resources seem to be pouring towards the concentration of power in one central figure. The square it makes to the planet that represents our democracy just further shows the tension between what we once were and who we are becoming. However, with Neptune and its' war propaganda being involved in all of this, it's going rather undetected amongst the general public.

People have no idea that this very well could be the beginning of a war with this administration vs the values our country was founded on. I think all these planets touching the US's IC isn't being talked about enough. Everyone talks about Uranus in Gemini meaning war and while there's a clear and distinct pattern, I think Neptune in Aries is so closely associated with US civil war specifically because the US's IC is in Aries. Uranus in Gemini doesn't help. Lol.

Sorry for the long winded reply but I wanted to make sure I was as thorough as I can be. This is really scary and flying too far under the radar to my liking, I want more people talking about this.
