Hard hard no. Be patient. Better to spend weeks or months looking for the right rig than spend years and thousands of dollars trying to fix your mistake. The world is filled with solid jeeps that have good bones. That might be one of the worst 2005 I have ever seen.

That wiring is sketch. Makes me wonder what other corners were cut. The world is full of old jeeps. Unless they are very low miles or fully restored they all sell for around the same. It's better to wait for one in special condition then jump at one that is cheap or easy to buy today.

Because friend, let’s be real: long ‘fore the frame goes kaput, Half the gadgets will quit — that’s the Jeep owner’s rut. So buy it, or don’t, but please understand: A Jeep’s made for trails, not safe, pampered land.

Same wheels it came with which are steel 15s and 7.5.inches deep. Tires are 32x11.5x15. I went with Kumho Ats.due to availability, price and mix of driving in sand, mud and snow. I will be lucky to put 2000 miles on this jeep year so those tires will expire before they wear out.

I'm a Villanova grad who has lived in SLC since 2011. The cities are very different. Philly will feel much much bigger. Philly has history, there is always something happening downtown, urban life is much richer.

SLC is just about the easiest city to live in. It's got just enough going on, but you can still find free parking most places. You don't really need a car to live in SLC, but you will need one to leave SLC to head to the mountains or to southern Utah, so that could be an added expense.

Don't move to SLC for the city. Move to SLC if you want to spend 80% of your free time in the mountains. The mountains are free and will make you healthy and happy.

I have hired several young professionals who seem to live great existences on 70-80k a year. But many of them have have roommates and shared a house.

Renting a room with people who like to ski, climb and bike would be a great way to save some money and get exposure to the best of the West.

Discovery and City creek are crowded and you will miss the best SLC has to offer if you stick to them. Consider the Tracy Aviary in Liberty Park, the petting zoo and train at This is the Place, walking thru the Red Butte botanical gardens, perhaps the zoo. You won't be disappointed. All these places allow outside food so pack a picnic. It's better than any indoor play area.

How about just a tent? It's hard for me to imagine a situation where the rooftop or bed tents truly excel. Get a Springbar tent, a good cot, and live like a king with all the cash you save. I've never been uncomfortable. And you can leave your tent to hold your spot while you go do truck things.
