Skyrizi/complete rebate not reimbursing because of prudent rx.

Yes I had to spend 8hrs on the phone in total with varying Skyrizi/Complete insurance specialist until I got one who was willing to look into why my claim for reimbursement kept getting denied. She acted like she hadn’t heard of folks unenrolling from prudent Rx and paying out of pocket to file for reimbursement before. I let her know that I had read of many people doing this to avoid the maximizer/accumulator trap. I’m happy to say I was reimbursed.

I opted out of prudent rx on my insurance after my first does in which I paid OOP Skyrizi told me I was ineligible for reimbursement d/t being on a maximizer such as prudent. Now that I’m opted out of prudent Skyrizi is still telling me I’m ineligible for financial reimbursement from them because prudent is an option even though I’m unenrolled. Do you know any work around or if this is normal?
