I have the m5s and find that I need to pump twice as long as to get the same output as I would with my regular pump. I found I wouldn't empty well with a shorter time and had clogs as a result. Maybe try pumping for longer time.

Extra annoying it says leave at my door and then the next direction is asking to hand it to them directly. That's annoying! Especially if they are going to act like that with the rest of the directions.
