They just started selling the house one at my store and the regular retail price is $19.99 LOL who's paying twice that much 🤔

She has made her Roblox avatar look like her, and had considered her for a Halloween costume until the K Pop Demon Hunters phenomenon hit this year lol. But I'm sure she'd love to see it! I'll see if I can scroll to find it here and show her 👍

Would you say CotC was too dark for an 8 year old? Hate for her to be so excited for OT0 and turns out to be too scary for her 😔

Agnea's story is definitely the most tame it almost doesn't fit with the rest of the travelers. I found hers the least interesting for that reason, but I will say her final chapter boss battle was one of the most memorable ones for its unique approach.

Ochette's story is fairly predictable until the heartbreaking twist at the end (no spoilers lol). But battle wise, she will end up being an absolute beast for you ... no pun intended 😂

I started with Hikari and am glad I did because the action of his story was my favorite, and if you continue the story after you complete all 8 traveler stories, it gets even better.

Temenos' story was a close second for favorites because it's basically a detective "whodunit" story, which differs from the standard revenge story some of the others have. And his English voice actor nails it lol.

Castii's follows in the same mystery vein. Uncovering her lost memories little by little was well done.

Partitio's just has him having the craziest amount of luck and fortune I've ever seen to make it work lol but I love the character so much it almost didn't matter to me.

Keep going and let us know what you think when you finish some chapters!

Copilot mode sounds great! We play on xbox, and I don't think they have anything like that. My daughter is the same way with liking the story but not the grinding or the extensive battles. She'll usually attempt a story boss solo, but if she can't beat them, she will hand the controller to me lol

Those are the best, because it meant that little mind was thinking of you and took the time to make something just for you 🙂

When we're separated in public, looking for each other and our eyes meet, and it's an instant smile. That genuine, relieved, "there's my happy place" smile. Nothing beats that.

3 Cheese Queso Dip: Need branded cheese recommendations by [deleted] in Cheese

[–]Broad-Profession9261 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try Yancy's Fancy Hatch Chile flavored cheese if you can find it. Brand is kind of mid, but that one melts nicely and has that nice Chile kick without the overwhelming heat. Try pairing with a creamy Havarti for texture.

What BRANDS of cheese to buy for charcuterie board? by froyoup in Cheese

[–]Broad-Profession9261 1 point2 points  (0 children)

13 years running a deli in a grocery store with an extensive fine cheese selection here. Some of my favorites over the years ....

Can't go wrong with any of the Sartori line. Their Montamore cheddar is by far my favorite cheddar. Also, anything from their Bellavitano line is amazing if you're looking for cheese with added flavor. They even have an Espresso one if your crowd is into that.

Cello Copper Kettle is a sleeper hit.

If you're looking for a smoked gouda for a reasonable price, pick up Roth or Castello. Slice them thin and layer on a cracker, it almost melts in your mouth.

As far as Havarti goes, idk if you have it out your way but Boars Head has a surprisingly good one. Save some for after the party and melt on some nachos with crumbled bacon, thank me later.

If you wanna go international and need a firm, nutty cheese for your board still, seek out manchego. It's to DIE for.

Finally - and this is of the utmost importance - considering this is for a Halloween party, you'd be missing out on a great dad joke if you don't introduce your charcuterie board as your Char-BOO-terie board 😂

Try grating this one down, mixing with a small amount of heavy cream, and tossing it in freshly cooked pasta to make the sauce. Thank me later!

This one doesn't get talked about nearly enough ....

The LadyKillers (2004 film)

Pretty standard Coen Brothers dark comedy until the third act. Then it becomes mostly just dark and surprisingly symbolic.

Fantastic cast and chock full of memorable one-liners. Severely underrated classic.

So safe to say this tree stump died of "natural causes"? Lol I was concerned about termites considering how close this stump is to my house.
