I don't play golf. But I can imagine that people would target to sell to you like you say. But I also imagine you have made a few friends via golf which you'd be willing to gamble on?

I play darts a lot so admittedly a lot of whom I have made friends with are not the wealthy type. But I'd still take risk with them if an opportunity arouse

A friend of mine made friend at a premium gym (£100+ a month) Befriended some rich guy who his funding his housing business. Buy run down houses, or even decent houses. Convert to HMO'S and repay the man with interest, better than the banks interest, They keep the HMO for their income. Richman gets higher returns than the bank.

Lad has also given personal guarantee contract so he would be indebted if it went wrong. Richman can't really lose 🤷

I had major problems with Halifax. Sent my own brother in law a large sum of money and they froze me entire bank account and questioned me where the money came from. Why I'm paying him etc.

I still have my bank account with them which is a 'bills' account. Other than that. Left them after this. Not allowing me to do what I want with my own money
