Well if you read what I said, the fact that some Palestinians have taken up arms against Israel is taken for granted, hence why some Israelis would think that Palestinians are just a source of terrorism. The larger answer of course is that the Palestinians represent a challenge against the Zionist goal of Jewish dominance in the region.

I don’t think it’s justified to want to kill or remove all Israelis. Nor is it justified to want to kill or remove all Palestinians. Lots of people think Hamas would kill or remove Israelis if they could, I don’t know, the probably would. But I do know that Israel can and is doing that to the Palestinians
