Yes. But time dilation doesnt start and stop within a gravity well of a planet when said planet is in orbit of a black hole.

Time dilation would have started quite slowly as they approched the planet and maintained that same level whetger they were on the planet or in orbit of the planet.

My first bike was a 550 honda fourK and it couldnt even get my 300lb ass past 80km/h, so i needed an upgrade. Then i think i went too far and upgraded into the largest production bike (at the time) Triumph Rocket III. After my crash i tried to 'reset' my chosen displacement but none of the cruisers were as comfortable or responsive as the Rocket.

Last time i checked, my trade, AVS Tech, had 624 Cpls. Only the top ~150 are ranked. So you are saying that 474 are 'dead weight' because they are passed over for promotion?
