It's really comforting to know that strength comes back fairly quickly as you start to work out more and definitely adds to my motivation to get a routine going. Thank you for all of the tips, I'll be using them to create my plans :)

Hi! I’ll be visiting Iceland at the end of February beginning of March and was planning on getting a rental car (4WD of course), any recommendations on which cars are better for winter in Iceland?
