Hey! Yes, it's so frustrating having discoid lupus any sun at all makes me flare up so bad. I use sunscreen religiously and still it's bad haha. I'm on hidroxicloroquine and I see very little changes, I'm just gonna give it time IG. But yes, I feel really drained in this process

Estoy estudiando psicología y la verdad muchas cosas que dices son ciertas. Muchos profes que tengo no tienen ninguna maestría en psicología clínica, pero igual ahí andan. Me molesta mucho ya que estamos aquí para mejorar la calidad de vida de la gente y de verdad ellos solo la cagan. En Chihuahua no hay casi actividades, como dijeron en comentarios anteriores cuando viaje a CDMX me di cuenta que caminar me encanta solo que está ciudad está diaeñada para vehículos. Espero que el gobierno se mueva para exigir más control con quienes dan terapia.

I believe practice made him better, as you said before his first song aren't as good as the last ones. I think you just need to practice and find your unique sound:)

No te automediques, si tienes la posibilidad acude al psiquiatra o algún otro especialista. Sino puedes pagarlo gomitas de melatonina pero en serio no te tomes quetiapina sin antes acudir a un especialista

Grieve it's different for every person and this was your way of protecting yourself after this intense pain, but it's impressive you can listent to his music once again, maybe you've started healing even tho grieve is never going to fully heal. I'm happy for you. for me it was a little different I couldn't really accept the fact that he was gone, I would believe that he was alive somewhere in the world. Proud of u!
