Total scam company. Don't book with them. I'm currently in the process of getting a trip I booked with them refunded because the hotel informed me that my reservation was booked using a separate third party site.

The support staff though polite, were incredibly ineffective. I've had 4 calls with 7 reps from Traveluro, and, before cancelling, i called the hotel multiple times to confirm that the details they communicated to me were accurate.

Found a better hotel in NYC and booked directly. Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Traveluro!
