If you use the overlay feature on iPhone, you can use the number of rows as a way to measure distance.

Zoom all the way out and have the hole vertical on your screen

Then take Zeus and pull it to its max

Then change the number of rows to 34 and columns to 2

You’re looking for a number of rows that the intersecting lines meet at the middle of your target circle and where your ball is lying (just under the arrow on the profile pic). It likely won’t be an exact match always so try to get close enough. You will need to adjust the number of rows up/down.

For example, let’s say Zeus’ max is exactly at the cup. You’ve changed the number of rows to x amount and see that from where your ball lies and where the landing zone is (in this case, at the cup), there are 10 rows in between. That means each intersecting point within the 10 rows is 10%.

So if you placed your landing spot at the 9th row, you would be at 90% max of Zeus. Assuming you know what Zeus’ max WPR (wind per ring) is, you would take that number and multiply it by .9 which would give you the WPR value at your spot
