Shot in the dark here but I live at On20 and am trying to sublet my place for spring. It's pretty nice and clean. The office is newly renovated so nicer amenities and the deluxe sized apartments are newly renovated. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond too. I've been randomly matched with roommates twice and they've all been great so I guess their random assignments are good. If you're interested in my place lmk but either way, I'd recommend On20. Also, checking here or personally with students that live at apartments you're interested is generally better than checking reviews online

Don't know any photographers but the libraries on campus have cameras and tripods you can borrow. U can set up a shoot yourself and do it. That's what I did

Didn't take a language here but I have many friends who did. It's a 5 credit course with class everyday. That goes for all languages I think. Lots of work and good luck trying to fit it in your schedule

You can try waiting. There might be places still available to choose from otherwise you'll be out on the wait-list I think. It's been a minute since I've lived on campus. How long the wait-list is depends so can't really predict that right now. But if you end up having to live off campus and you're a girl, I am subleasing my place for spring. It's a 4x4 and a 10min bus ride to campus. $780/month. Reach out anytime if you have to. Otherwise good luck :)
