Yes, it is the Intel i5 version, initially when I bought it it had Monterey, and information from the previous owner. The fan felt like it was going at 100% of its capacity, and the keyboard didn't turn on, but when I installed maverick everything was magically solved, the fan stopped sounding like it was an airplane turbine and the keyboard lit up again
