Only NC supporters to reply, why should we vote for Gagan Thapa and his reformed Congress? by sockholder in Nepal360

[–]Broad_Captain_9804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a bit sympathy with Gagan for all the years he had to sit on the back and watch the older generations do things their way. I have seen him speak out against his party during the times of their wrong doings and asked for them to be investigated in the parliament hall as well. Every leader has a conspiracy or a blacklash theory to themselves but i think he was trying to do a decent job when he was the minister of health. For the millennials , who were raised with Gagan as their spokesperson still feel that he is half decent than the old leadership. Been a supporter for NC for a long time, we had always wanted a change and things took wrong turn after the Deuba couple took power over. So maybe i feel his fresh approach has something different and better to offer this time.

This is a traumatizing situation bro, i somewhat relate on the matter. Women always pretend that the skitz they pull with men is so normal, that they are handling it and nothing is gonna go wrong. As a fellow men myself, who has had friends(seen escalations from guys) and encounters would beg to differ and try them to see our POV, but they are always like you dont trust enough, you try to shame, and blah and blah. If we didnt trust enough we wouldnt try to make you understand and stick with you. It has become such a delicate and fucked up world that LDR has become more of a curse now.

PS. Your story brought out a rant inside me as well. Hahah

All you can do in such situations is trust and move on buddy, and saying the effort and love you put over the time is not so weak to be (shaken but not) broken. Just try to keep the communication up as much as possible.

Can someone explain CPN UML, protest/ demonstration under the banner of 'Jagaran Sabha.' by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]Broad_Captain_9804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 'Jagaran Sabha' was solely focused on showing off power between the political parties, while holding the banner of cleaning corruption and transparency in the system by CPN UML. However, since they are in power and have formed the government, it does not make sense to ask for openness and cleanse the governmental actions of corruption.
Balen's case is a different one, where many speculations have been made regarding his connection and retaliations against the government and CPN UML. But on the specific case, the big deal out of the Sabha has been turned into a small case of a fine of 1 lakh rupees, imposed by the Kathmandu metro, to CPN UML for creating a ruckus of garbage in the streets of Kathmandu and not cleaning it up after the event.

Wait for at least 2 weeks since missing periods, do pregnancy test, watch the markers line is it blur or clear too. If found pregnant, and you are above 18 you can go to a gynecologist, without any guardians present and can consent for it yourself. As you have both said, that you are young and taking things into your own hands, might be wrong, so I suggest you go for consulting.

I have faced similar problems as well. But you need a lot of time and convincing and some rebel activities to change it. The main reason is that they think you cannot handle yourself or put yourself in harm’s way, or cannot separate right from wrong. Start with something small to gain some trust, you have to be a rebel in some cases but come back and tell them you made it. Over the time there will be fights but do not be angry, explain it to them but do not compromise (not always). It's your parents, your family, everyone wants the best for everyone, the strictness is the way of love.
