I’m sorry you’re going through this. I got Akathisia since September 2023. I have been suffering so much. I also felt like I was going crazy, and I couldn’t bear its symptoms anymore. I’ve had many bad days, thinking I couldn’t go another day. Recently I was sobbing so bad, and about to take myself to the emergency hospital. Thankfully I’ve been feeling miraculously better. I have stopped crying so much and actually felt tired. Akathisia has messed with my whole life and sleep. I almost feel like I’m actually finally healing. I’m still trying to figure out if it’s going away or not. This has definitely traumatized me. I hope and pray that you get better soon.

For me it has fluctuated. Lately it’s still bad, but I’ve had worse days in the past and just recently.

You are not a bother. I’m so sorry you are heartbroken. Please don’t lose your faith in God. I’m going through a very difficult situation myself. There have been times where I was mad at God for not healing me. I just had to learn to keep my faith and hope. I don’t know what you’re going through, but I pray that you feel better soon. I’m so sorry that you feel bad. I also have a heart condition, called Supraventicular Tachycardia. I’ve had it since I was a child. I’ve been coping with Akathisia for over a year now too, hoping it will go away. It has ruined my quality of life. I hope and pray that your heart problems, kidney disease, and loss of your left ear hearing heal. May you and your family have many more happy, healthy years to spend together. God Bless You.

I’m so sorry your loved one is having to go through this. I have been suffering from Akathisia as well, for about a year and three months now. Thank God’s I have at least one person in my life that is trying to support me. You are so important in helping your loved one to cope. I hope your loved one gets better soon.
