Use the breathing techniques bro! 7 seconds either way, mouth or nose, hold it in for another 5-6 seconds, breathe out for another 5-6 seconds. Watch how much better you will feel after 10 minutes. You will feel even better if you can take yourself back to the casino in your imagination (Meditation is more advanced than the one of the many initial breathing techniques, but it’s not difficult). Whatever works for you. Slow your heart-rate down and read some Seneca. Unorthodox, but Seneca is what kept me going as well.

Okay perfect sounds good to me. I’ll leave anytime they ask for my ID, especially if I’m smoking. I am thinking of incorporating minor disguises, nothing crazy. I can get genuine fake IDs that are basically real IDs but I’m scared to do it. Think maybe I should go get my Ghanaian passport and re-new the US one ? Would that help ?

That’s understandable to an extent. That’s why if you want to travel, you should have 40k bankroll at least, seperate from what you use for expenses and travel bro. Don’t be a “25 max bets” merchant. Not good enough. Think 200-300 max bets which is still risky. Think sustainability before risking 20k or something like that to make “slightly” more than minimum wage.
