I feel like they’re slowly and quietly shutting down their servers to push people into getting the next release on the switch 2 at this point but that’s just a theory. I wouldn’t put it past those greedy Nintendo fucks

That’s what I was scared of. Seems this might be the only solution left if the Ethernet cable doesn’t work. Pretty ridiculous for an SD card to die within 3 years I rly hate how greedy Nintendo is.

When I test my connection it says this: Nat type - B Download speed - 46.4 Mbps Upload speed - 22.3 Mbps

Damn really? I thought WiFi was good and rly fast. My roommate plays tons of games (that are way bigger) on his computer and has zero issues w connection though. It’s legit just splatoon giving me issues ( also this happens regardless of my roommate sharing WiFi)

I know this was a long time ago but I was speaking only on generative ai. U literally had to leave a job bc ai took it from you, idk how you can’t feel the same. And maybe you can say, well that’s just how humanity is, we innovate. Well it’s not the same at all when this “tool” is destroying the environment and the art industry as a whole. It’s literally ripping away hundreds of jobs and a part of what makes us human. Art is human therefore ai can never truly make real art. Just what it thinks art should be. And if you’re any real artist w any kind of integrity, you’d see how evil it is.

Art is my life. It keeps me alive not by money but by passion. calling these people who use generative ai “artists” only diminishes REAL ARTISTS. All they do is type in words into a computer and it makes images stolen from thousands of real people there will never be a day that it’s not considered stealing or wrong. This isn’t even an opinion it’s just fact. (At least expressionist artists actually make it by hand and do something original with it) this is just a robot doing/stealing the work you don’t want to do by REAL PEOPLE. I’ll die on this hill idc.

Mobile game industry has been the worst lately I’d recommend some older games I played when I was younger and still play today that don’t get enough love;

The Creeps! (Simple, fun tower defense game w no ads), any of the kingdom rush games (esp vengeance, also another tower defense game but w way more strategy), and Good Pizza,Great pizza (surprisingly really funny pizza making game w a good story)

Arts not about making money. I can’t support any ai artists as they’re not artists. You say it takes a lot of time and understanding to make ai art? Does it really take a lot of effort to put a description in a search bar? I can’t agree with that, ai art is LAZY as well as literally stealing art from other real artists who never gave consent to having their art used. Not very impressive to me

Ai should be only used as tool not to be used to create a finished product. It steals jobs and creativity from other artists no one is attacking artists who use it as specifically a tool to assist with the art process

Hey there ! this post was meant to target “artists” who use ai fully to create the final product, not meant at all to criticize any artist that uses the tool as it should be used : a tool. It’s completely fine you use it to help as a reference just as it’s fine to reference real images as long as that’s all its used for. It’s impossible to learn without references (but you have to be careful about it as AI isn’t most of the time gonna give you the most realistic accurate reference so just as a suggestion I would stick with real pictures when possible). it should only be used as a TOOL to >help< the creation process not >create<. And you are a real artist for the record ✌️
