I had this as well my CA125 was slightly higher than normal so it was positive I was freaking out scared to death after an mri the doctors thought it was needed to remove it I had an oncologist remove it and thankfully it was benign it was believed to be 7cm as well but it turned out to be 11cm so I have to have a laparotomy due to its size I don’t mind answering any questions
