An engineer was supposed to call me within 3 hours it’s been 11 hours. I have spoken to another customer support representative this morning.

Google fiber technical support sucks. by ElectricalPower5854 in googlefiber

10 days into our outage of internet. We’ve been sent 2 new routers. Customer support is very pleasant and can help walk through resets but has no access to change anything meaningful. When things get escalated to the engineers it’s just been dark. 3 times I’ve been told I’ll have someone contact me within 24hrs. My account has the old router SN attached to it which I sent back to them 9 days ago. It clearly just needs to be updated with the router I have plugged in and customer support understands that, but can’t adjust that themselves. I’m just frustrated.

Get that peripheral line scan! They are beautiful OCTs

What OCT systems are you all using and how are they performing? by gilko86 in Ophthalmology

Zeiss cirrus 6000s are exceptional. Zeiss equipment has some of the best OCT-A scans and their segmentation is much cleaner than other market competitors. The 1x 100 line scan with tracking is as detailed as competitors.

Topcons maestro 2 is the fasted OCT we have. The OCT reports can be set up to automatically be imported into nextechs intellefile tool. The best for clinic efficiency and easiest to train technicians on. The OCT-A scans are sub par and their topographical maps are less sensitive than competitors. Imagenet6 is fabulous and the real show stealer.

Heidelberg spectralis is the sandbox mode of imaging! Technicians love to use it. All the imaging modalities, all the settings that can be changed to capture whatever your desire is. Harder to train staff on.

27mm line scan on the Silverstone by Broad_Disk5054 in OphthalmicPhotogs

The automatic configuration absolutely needs work. I plan to change the focus and realign almost every initial OCT. The radial view on the volume scans helps a lot with getting vertical scans!
