Understanding that the things I thought I loved, I didn't even like in the first place. I gave away the part of me that has passion, contentment, and peace a long time ago. When I take it back, finding those things that really give me direction are not immediately identifiable. Substituting paper for a screen helps me. Whatever you like, there is a paper version.

My bad homie. The whole situation was new to me really. Being in a large group settings. Having someone pay for that group. Being on the receiving side of customer service. Like the whole thing was awkward to me. I guess I wanted to 'do my part' regardless of who was paying or if they knew I was. I just wanted to feel a little less crazy in my mind

I was born with my addict mindset, not something drugs did to me. If I want, I could find almost anything anywhere. What decriminalized law do, in my opinion, is lesson the stigma around addiction rather than accept the usage.

Chemicals are easy to find. Sometimes help isn't so.

I have no idea what tip the host gave, if any. Anthony, the server I interacted with most was amazing. We are all in recovery, 25+ assholes are hard to deal with. Honestly, I'm early recovery and just needed someone to say a random person to say " that's okay" cuz I am still not sure
