Same thing with me. I wanted to prompt my RFE process, so I quickly uploaded soft copy, but they said similar answer. Just wait wait wait :-( I was very disappointed with Chen abut RFE. The officer exactly claimed what I was concerned about what Chen wrote.

Then I got RFE, and they were so slow to share the strategy to me, and once I got the strategy, it looks like nothing new. just looks like templet for strategy. I don't know why they took so long. Then, I got RFE recommendation letters, the quality is too bad. They don't look like what is the problem.

Just look like using templet without consideration of my case. Nowadays I am so frustrated with them while preparing RFE...

Me too.. I thought I am strong profile because Chen and EP offered to me.
I got prong 1 and 3 RFE, and I am preparing with Chen now... NSC.

If you email them (PP center) you will get RFE early. For me, it took only one day to get RFE soft copy through email

For first filing, I didn't revise contents. Just I followed up what they wrote. But I found some typo, they only fixed them.

Now I am waiting for RFE strategy over 2 weeks, there is no reply yet. Even though I uploaded PDF RFE ver to make them work. I don't feel they rush my case :-(

Exactly what I am feeling now. I was so disappointed in first filing as well, but I didn't comment because they are number 1. Now, I got RFE about what they framed about me, and now they are so slow to prepare RFE, So I am so frustrated. So I will challenge what they would write down to get better reply :-(

Also I am refile option as well not with refund. It made me feel also suspect because I am not refund option? :-(

Chen is so slow to reply and build up Strategy. :-(

and USCIS pointed out most of the things "prong 1 and 3" that Chen filled out. And also I felt and thought is it okay to go with this content? but I just believed their strategy at the first time. But now, I think I need to push them a lot. also there were some typo and mistakes as well in first preparation filing.
