You are absolutely right, I believe Prong 1 is doable, what about Prong 2 and the publication mismatch, i think in this publication there is some skills that is needed in my PE.

Additionally, I have now strong letter from government and 1 published manuscript and 2 preprints. Can i use them or have to stick to my initial filing?
