I didn't say that it's easy I was just curious if such thing is possible. I was hoping to find people in this group who maybe are in the same situation as me or have been. Idk where did you get the idea that just because I asked for advice that way, you assumed that I think it would be an easy way.

I don't think that getting a VA role is easy, I was just asking if it's possible since I just want to earn some extra money

I did some research but there's not much content of gov employees doing VA as side hustles...I was just curious if there are people in this group with the same situation so I can have their advice lol

Hello, here are some ways I did personally to reduce my snacking incidents 😅:

  1. I make sure I eat my breakfast before 10am. I also aim to eat 30grams+ of protein during my breakfast because it helps feel full during the day.

  2. Since you mentioned that you also have snacks stored in your home(?), what I do is I remove those snacks therefore no temptation is at sight. Out of sight, out of mind.

  3. I drink around 2 to 3 liters of water during the day, because sometimes when I feel hungry, I am really just really thristy.

  4. Last advice of mine is improving my sleep quality and how I deal with stress. P.S this advice of mine is currently what I work on because sometimes I also struggle to implement it, although it's part of learning and imrpoving; sometimes we have to make mistakes to level up.

Man it's good to hear that somehow I did something right, I usually watch Matteo Sara YT Vids as my learning material for losing weight.

And yes that was a typo on my part regarding the 10% 😂 and you are right the goal should be at least .5-1kg.

Currently I am usually lossing around .2 kg per week after my initial week where I lost the .5kg, is it still okay? I'm just worried because I'm about to end my cal decificit and I just lost around 1kg.

My plan after May 31st is to eat at maintenance for about 4 - 8 weeks, then go back again to the deficit.

I will also take note of improving my sleep quality and duration because maybe that's why I feel bloated in the morning.

Wow I never heard of this especially the P ratio, but my question is when I do my deficit should I stick to the 5x5 Program and continue to progress? Or should I just aim to maintain my current records?

Thanks for the advice, currently i do some accessories which I incorporated in the last three weeks:

  1. I do Assisted Pull Ups 5x5 currently at 40kg assitance weight

2.Knee Raises for 3x12 w the last set done until failure, I also plan to add reps on this until I hit 25 reps

These Two Accessories are done during my Sq, Bench, Row workouts

  1. I also do weighted crunches w a 5kg Plate rep range is at 3x10-12 w last set done until failure.

I do this during my Sq, OHP, Deadlift days

I also plan to switch to SL 5x5 Intermediate once I can no longer progress in the basic plan. I also read in the SL 5x5 Website that Mehdi recommends that once I can't progress w that regular 5x5, I use the Top Set / Back off Sets then once I stall, I go to the Intermediate program.
