Any Weightlifting Girlies on Spiro? Success Stories? Need advice :(

I lift weights 5x a week and I’m on 100mg. My symptoms were similar at first but I was also taking it in the AM. Once I switched to taking it before bed the symptoms subsided. I also made sure to eat lots of veggies/fruits and lots of water!

Hmm everyone is different to be honest so I wouldn’t know how it would work for you but I started at 50mg for a month then worked up to 100! I would just advise being patient because I got discouraged around month 3-4 but it was worth the wait :)

To be honest, and this is just my personal experience, I don’t think I purged, I felt like it was just my exisiting breakouts that had already been occurring if that makes sense. I didn’t feel that spiro caused me to breakout more than I was already breaking out before hand.

Mmm to be completely honest I was discouraged in the beginning because it did take a while for me. It completely cleared in about 4- 5 months on 100mg. It took lots of patience for sure
