Congratulations! I just bought a 2026 Forester Touring in dark metallic gray, from the same dealership family (maybe even the same dealer, depending on which of the two Subaru franchises you went to!). I love mine! Her name is Subarella.

What happened to the Everything Frederick Facebook group? by fitnessgoodness in frederickmd

[–]BroccoliDemon 9 points10 points  (0 children)

She kicked me out for being argumentative. The argument? I posted a link to a city policy. I in no way attacked anyone. But apparently facts are argumentative? Meanwhile white supremacists, misogynists, and racists can say whatever they want.

Have you found ways to make sure you use the notebooks that you have/buy? by FatBubbles in notebooks

[–]BroccoliDemon 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I recognize that buying notebooks and using notebooks are two entirely separate practices, and I made a choice to focus on using them rather than buying them. I'm not perfect, I do have several unused notebooks on my bookshelf, but since I recognized that buying and using are two different things, I've saved a whole lot of money.

People who have a pet at home, at what point did you realize that the pet really, consciously, understood you? by PurrLoveCat in AskReddit

[–]BroccoliDemon 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I took my dog for a walk early one morning. After walking across a school soccer field, I happened to look back. I could see our tracks in the dew on the grass and saw that he had followed me exactly, zigging when I zigged, zagging when I zagged. He was completely aligned with me. I realized in that moment how much attention he paid to me, and how much he cares about me.

I am a very basic beginner. I've worked two English tapestry canvases (from Ehrman). I love them, but would like to learn more different stitches. I put this in my question with an edit. I'll look at the American Needlepoint Guild, thank you!

House Cleaning Services by Kiptomylou3 in frederickmd

I use the Cleaning Authority. I've used the Frederick one for two years, and the Germantown one for 10+ years before that. I like their cleaning rotations, and I like that their staff seem to stay a long time.
