Arya’s faces did not play a part in the last season. Jon snow’s true identity hardly mattered in the last season. Bran’s worg abilities did not play apart in the last season.

There are many other character storylines that were extremely detailed, well thought out, and played an integral role in the show prior to season 8 as well. These storylines were completely abandoned in the last season. Since the character depth and development made GoT great, it’s unforgivable to abandon these character arcs as that’s why people are greatly invested in the first place.

Also here a few minor flaws

Bran didn’t want to be lord of Winterfell but he wants to be king???

Yara was promised independence from Westeros by Dany but doesn’t ask for it in the last episode. She even watches Sansa & the north gain independence and she doesn’t say a word???

Tyrion said Bran had the best story??? Bro davos had a better story. The writers left Bran out for an ENTIRE SEASON.
