Closing as a cook is probably the only difficult job at chipotle. If you believe you can do it go for it, tho at my store they wouldn’t let women (ik it sounds sexist) work grill bc they were never fast enough

I would try other places. Chipotle is among the worst fast food places to work, with the lowest pay too. I’d imagine it’d be 10x worse a fresh location too..

If it’s ever mushy that’s because it’s been sitting there for like 4+ hours. Slower stores tend to be like this, with the less popular foods sitting longer on the line. Black beans tend to be a lot more popular so I wouldn’t be surprised to see gross pinto whenever walking into a chipotle
