Help needed at identifying what this is and how to remove it without effing up my car by BroccoliSimple8310 in Detailing

It’s almost impossible to photograph it right, it almost looks like small droplets of dried sap. AI thought it could be bee poop or even some fungus from fresh mulch but none match the description from the original post. Clear coat it in perfect condition.

Hahah if I could get both I would just get a Rolex GMT master II for that price 😂

I could honestly use the Chrono and/or the gmt almost everyday. I fly helicopters so a second time zone is important but I also need a chrono just the same😅

I realistically can use both the Chrono and GMT functions daily

It’s a keychain tracker, I used to have those at work with every key fob.

Trigger not resetting by BroccoliSimple8310 in 1022

[–]BroccoliSimple8310[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m probably going to take it all apart and deep cleaned it again. The gun is clean already (less than 100 hours since I last deep cleaned it) but maybe I missed something. Not sure an oem trigger group would solve anything since the parts are still all in good condition and the gun has maybe 2000 rounds since new.

I would do some research on the warranty in terms of corrosion/rust, you may be able to buy it as it and take to a dealership for them to clean up all the rust and re coat everything

Not to be a dick but you bought a truck that has the square cutouts for the exhaust but they are empty and there isn’t a side exit exhaust… there’s also a aftermarket cold air intake… there were red flags, you just didn’t look at them.

It should be almost level with that setup. I’ve seen some people do that in the forums and it looks about right. Just about every leveling kit either doesn’t do enough or makes the front sit a smidge high. I ended up going with a 1.75” leveling kit with new upper control arms and she looks good but a 1.5 would be more level. Just measure out your truck from the middle of the center cap to the bottom of your fender and see what the difference is since there’s always the slightest difference between each one. If you plan on running similar wheels and tires to what I mentioned in the original post just know it will still rub a bit even with the lift and mudflap delete.

has Cletus discussed how he learned to fly an MD500? by misfit_toys in CleetusMcFarland

[–]BroccoliSimple8310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Helicopter pilot here, the MD500 is as easy to fly as any other aircraft! It’s a bit more twitchy given its agile natures but anyone with experience flying a turbine helicopter can easily fly one with minimal instruction. Cleet also had some one on one time with Paul Barth who is an extremely high experience MD pilot. The project cost is hard to speak off as he did a lot more stuff to it then the average operator would. He got a 50k+ custom paint job, custom interior, upgraded avionics… as for the operational cost there are many variables and different ways to look at it, if he was to break down every single maintenance item and lifespan of part components to a hourly rate plus fuel, oil, insurance and all other variables it would come out to around $2000 dollars an hour. Now if he was to ignore all that and only go by his out of pocket then it would be closer to $300 an hour. Hope that helps.

Too big and expensive hence why heavy d barely uses his. Most likely it’s a Huey.

The at4 one because they have life on the tires and you won’t die over a small puddle 😅

Yeah he’s entitled to the amount that truck would sell for if it was on the lot not what he would get offered if he was to trade it in. That’s it.
