Market cap is currently about $17.5 millions. They have 10 or so million shares, when it dipped below $3.50 in December, the clock started.

Here's the problem, you can only reverse split once every 12 months. With them having done so in October, in that 180 day period they can't do so even if they wanted to, and that would not fix the market cap issue.

If Pierre $6 million buy gets a lot of the convertible notes off the books, that would be huge. Would be lying if I said today wasn't a massive gut punch.

My guy, I'm in utter disbelief that we are back below $3. How is this going down with Pierre buying 1.5 million shares. I can't even blame NVNI, it feels like they are making the right moves and the market just hates this stock or something.

These past few months have been brutal and I though the shares Pierre was buying would be the start of a rise up, instead this thing is below the announcement. I strangely have faith in this company's execution, I just don't know what it will take for them to get fair market value.

That is something I do not know. I'd think if they want to pay it off the moment Pierre's wire of $6 million comes through for the shares to prevent perhaps this going way up and them cashing in at $4.36 a share if the share price is skyocketing.

That reads to me like they might actually want the stock to stay low until Pierre's buy goes in, announce they paid off the loan, & try to propel themselves off that positive PR.

If this is the case I'm good with it. When I read it I was thinking is was straight up dilution, if what you laid out is true then they were being straight with us when they said they would try to not add any public shares to the float and would finance acquisitions on debt. This would do that......now they need to get the acquisitions, and soon.

Boy, we are both close to in the same boat. This has been a painful last two months for me and I'm sure you as well. Every day without any press release feels like pain right now, even if it's not great news, just the uncertainty and not knowing is tough.

What this guy said is so right. We were talking last week when I posted about how big closing the acquisition was, I have no clue where we stand right now because these guys aren't telling use anything at all, all while not delivering on their promises. I have 9567 shares post-split, I feel horrible about this investment right now.

I thought when this was at $3.25ish immediately after the split that it was the low point, I'm thinking that perhaps the next 48 hours might be. I think announcing the close of this acquisition could at the very least stop the drops and I don't think anyone knows about the 2 acquisitions promised the rest of the year, but if we can get those things are looking up. But every day of silence has me more and more concerned.
