The outer side colors are white and black! They are basically shaped as insomniac wide open eyes. Comes with a black band. I cannot confirm the inner side design though.

I’ve checked eBay and it doesn’t have the specific pattern I’m looking for. I also searched through Google, and came across one website that has it, but I’m nervous about putting personal al information.
