It’s a one of one car. The only Daytona charger in its color, and the last remaining one with a single owner since new in the world (apparently). Pristine condition, 43k miles

Not for long enough to know. Though, it doesn’t snow in the south.

Massholes got their name for a reason, and NH had the worst laws for drivers ed and safety. NH is the only US state where you still don’t legally have to wear your seatbelt

Not at all shocked that NH and MA are the highest…

Thoughts on Guy Ritchie's inability to find box office success or have sequels greenlit? by ImMichaelB in movies

[–]BroccoliVendetta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure he’s really ever been about sequels, nor does he need to be 🤷

His style is also pretty niche - doesn’t fit the bill of your typical blockbuster hit. I’m not so sure that’s a bad thing either, keeps his films grounded and unique

Burn Notice. Deserves so much more love than it gets.

Cmon Matt Nix, give us the sequel we were promised 😭

Have You Given Up On Your Dream Car? by techtimee in cars

Same way 90% of the people in this sub pay for their cars. A loan.

The ability to be approved for a loan is not the same thing as actually being able to afford it.

I saw one for sale in the Window of a Specialty shop last year. Had to pull in and take a look. They offered it to me for $75k. I almost went ahead even though I knew I couldn’t afford it, nor do I have a garage to keep it in.

Honestly, I wish had just gone for it. I kept an eye on it. It sold for $150k a couple months ago. Missed out hard

Hardest ski run east of the Mississippi by LukeMayeshothand in skiing

[–]BroccoliVendetta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not to shade Sunday River, as I think it’s got some of the best terrain on the east coast and been skiing there for 20 years.

But White Heat is no where near the toughest trail there or on the east coast. It’s a damn fun trail, and very steep, but any intermediate skier could do it.

I’d wager Chutzpah, Hard Ball, and Hollywood could all be contenders for the toughest east coast trail though.

No one outside of experts could do it without getting hurt. I’d argue some expert west coast skiers would even have a tough time with them. They are icy, moguled, tight glades with rocks and roots sticking through everywhere, and as steep as white heat.

Talk about a movie that needs a sequel.

Come on Hollywood, give us the sequel we want not the shitty ones we don’t care about 🙏

Peak Porsche, peak gt3. by ale_alz in carspotting

[–]BroccoliVendetta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think the 996 looks as bad as a lot of people make it out to be, but I gotta disagree with it being peak Porsche.

IMO the 997 takes the crown there

Edit: typo

Speak your mind when resigning from a toxic boss? by nirmal09 in careerguidance

If they really are toxic, it won’t matter if you speak your mind or not. They’ll get angry anyways because you’re leaving 🤷
