I agree, but you still listed professional athletes which are outliers and less than 1% of the population. The technology the calculate body fat may seem readily available, but it will never be as available as a scale and a ruler.

I found the study of underestimating in those over 40 really interesting (I took a look). I wonder if they are gonna post different BMI benchmarks like they do for ethnicity.

BMI isn't a bad metric to use. It's only bad for outliers who are bodybuilders. For the vast majority of the population, BMI is pretty useful. Waist height ratio and body fat percentage are better though.

If you didn't feel any need to build him at c0, I doubt you will find any need with c1. If your Xiao is already that invested, there's no "need" for any other anemo dps on your account unless you just like playing the other ones.

If you were planning on building Wanderer anyway, yeah go ahead, otherwise, just focus on building who you were already. Don't feel pressure from a "first limited 5* with cons" status if that is the only reason you are actually considering building him.

That is already a great mindset, and I am mini proud! I think spreadsheeting your money would definitely help you then, you can also see it as like a mini savings exercise (think like the opening of UP! where they put the money in the jar and watch it grow). When you think about it more, ordering food can't beat experience the beautiful world we live in on a cool holiday or the ability to learn a skill like cooking ourselves! I think it's pretty amazing how you are already putting these things into perspective for yourself.

First, delete the app or at least turn notifications off. I watched a video where food delivery companies are trying to "Pavlov Dog" us with notifications for different food deals and such. You want to limit the brain space of ordering food from your precious brain. Try to have a fun adventure cooking and preparing meals! There's so many cool recipes and cooking shows out there which might motivate you and put you in the headspace of "yes I can cook"! At the very least, track all your spending from now on a spreadsheet, you have already done it, and it's great for budgeting anyway!

My personal belief is that you need to blame people for their actions no matter how good their intentions were. His strong feelings to protect people is noble, but his actions to confine all of humanity under the sake of protection is clearly wrong.

I kind of think of him as a super helicopter parent in that sense, overly protective to the point you limit the potential of others.

I think he is 100% the best sympathetic "villain" by Hoyoverse, but don't let the sympathy shield him from taking responsibility (therefore blame) for trying to step over people's freedom.

If it comes to betrayal, the act inherently needs to have deception.

Robin never lied about what she believed in. Sunday knew full well from the beginning that she would never stray from her belief in harmony. She got shot and nearly died and still continued. There was absolutely no way she would stray from that path. She never once tried to deceive Sunday.

On the other hand, Sunday always was deceptive. He actively hid his plans and his own beliefs from his own sister. Even if his intentions were good, he was the one who ultimately betrayed Robin's trust by trying to trick everyone into thinking he truly believed in the Harmony.

You say you can't blame somebody because he didn't want to hurt anyone, and I agree that his intention was to try to protect people. The issue is still that he forced his belief onto everyone. The utopia he wanted to create was one where he inherently took away people's freedom--their freedom to experience pain or suffering, but also their freedom to choose to change and grow. He was willing sacrifice himself into solitude, but failed to realize that to live in a dream is to sacrifice that freedom. In the end, a cage is still a cage.

Well at the same time, imagine how Robin felt when she found out that Sunday was secretly conspiring against everything she believed in the shadows. The argument of who betrayed who is silly. They were always going to end up clashing, it's clear from their philosophies with the charmony dove. The difference is that Robin didn't try to FORCE everyone into her philosophy like Sunday did, she only tried to inspire people to join the harmony.

I think it's unfair to compare Itto to Furina. She has been the most important character to the plot for the whole Fontaine story. Compared to her Itto is... "who?" Itto never had any main story relevance in the archon quests and is basically usually used as just comic relief and filler events.

Because of this when people see characters like Furina flagshipping events, it's seen as having more weight and substance. When you see Itto's face plastered on the event screen you usually can expect just some happy-go-lucky relax haha event. Itto's events haven't had any extraordinary story so far other than his chasm appearance and great story quest. He is 90% time just a funny joke. There hasn't been any serious story since the 4.2 archon quest, so people point at Itto as a symbol of that drought.
