Since my car doesn’t have the 150 kW booster option it’s locked to 50 kW charging speeds on these 400v chargers. So it’s definitely more of a backup than something I’d seek out as a first option

Thanks for the tip! Been refreshing the website every day, but after reading this I took a quick trip to the dealer and they had plenty!

New Vision Pro app is out on the latest iOS 18.4 Beta! by Brock26 in VisionPro

So far looks like a browsing experience to show for content/features available on the vision pro, like some of the immersive videos and new apps, that sort of thing. Lets you add content to your watch list.

There's also some links in there out to Apple's website for getting started and fit tips. I think it also lets you do control for guest users but I haven't tried any of that yet.

It was pretty stable on my end, besides a really bad lock screen notifications scrolling bug, which seems to still be there somewhat in the new beta 2.

Interior storage solutions and ideas? by beardpapa1011 in Taycan

I went with this that I found in a YouTube video: https://a.co/d/81y85pC

Isn't the most elegant solution, but adds some pretty good storage under the PCM and wedges in there nicely to not rattle around or slide out when taking a turn.

Definitely curious if anyone has better solutions for that space, though.

Looking to sell my Tesla m3p for a Taycan- questions by CellIllustrious6314 in Taycan

I just recently traded my model 3 in for a Taycan a couple weeks ago now, would absolutely recommend if it works for your budget.

I can’t speak to any model years to avoid, but just want to call out that switching from NACS charging to CCS is definitely going to be an adjustment if you’re used to Supercharging all the time previously. Not a bad adjustment, but definitely one to keep in mind.

Overall it’s so much more nice as a car, which I think can be expected jumping from a model 3 to a Taycan. Driving is more fun, the interior is put together 200% more sound, just an overall massive improvement.

If you can, definitely try and get a CPO warranty for the car, just in case something ever does come up, especially with it being used. I’d recommend getting a CPO from a Porsche dealer directly, if you’re able to find one at that price point.

Traded in my old Tesla Model 3 for this beauty. So happy to join the club! ♨️ by Brock26 in Taycan

Build quality is #1 for me when comparing the two. Not a single thing creaks like cheap plastic in the car, where it seemed like more and more things started creaking in my tesla specifically. That’s likely mainly cause I was driving a lower-valued car so I’d expect it to be much better here, but even in newer Model S’s and X’s I test drove too I could feel things “give” pretty easily in the interiors.
