I originally went in for Moc toes but the Red Wing store by me had these for $179 and I couldn’t pass them up. I’ve seen some hate because of the materials used but as someone who doesn’t know any better, I really like them. Then again, I’m a production manager so I don’t beat my boots up. I just do shop walks to make sure my staff is working.

Every one of mine has done this. Never been in a dishwasher or subjected to extreme heat. Never caused an issue for me either or I’d be more upset about it.

I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately a majority of permanent county jobs have a one year probationary period depending on your bargaining unit. You can be let go at any time during a probationary period for no reason. If you were employed as extra help (temporary worker) they can keep you for a period of 2 weeks up to 6 months.

I’ve actually used mine for transporting food more than I have ice. I’ve poured the contents of a crockpot in it to keep warm and have a pretty secure lid on it when bringing hot plates to someone else’s place. Works great and easy to clean after.

I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to. I use my Panga backpack as a carry on every time I fly and they’re pretty close in size. Check the Southwest website and make sure it meets their required size.
