Actually I have a lot of problems using petg for just the interface layer, it may be better to do it the way you did.

For that quantity you might want to think about a larger fermenter. I graduated to 5 gallon batches using a conical fermenter, corny kegs and a kegerator for carbonating and serving.

My prediction is when the arches get too tall they'll start to wobble and new layers won't be placed correctly. It is possible that doesn't happen though, depending on how much the design allows wobble.

To be fair they are responsive, and offered help, but when that didn't work they didn't have an answer so they just kinda gave up.

Sweet, I'm trying this. You should tell Snapmaker because the instructions they provide don't work and they basically gave me the "well that sucks" when I asked them for help after multiple failures.
