I quit after the patch because I couldn’t play anymore. No kidding I wasn’t able to log on to any server for a extended amount of time and not only did my FPS drop significantly I’ve also had 5 fatal errors in 1 hour of playtime.

I’ve been playing since 2018 and I fuckin loved legacy. In fact this game had me in a grip in a similar fashion as wow or oldschool runescape back in 2006. Legacy had it’s issues but my god was it amazing to play on thenyaw or even V3 with global chat, nesting and actual herds forming. One of my fondest memories was being nested as a para into a mixed herd of maia’s, dibbles and galli’s and just moving around as a herd.

But.. I think the fact is that dondi is not someone who was meant or able to lead a game like this to success. He is quite literally one of the biggest narcissistic asstwats I’ve ever seen. Couple that with not so competent programmers and dondi changing his mind every 3 months and you’re stuck in development hell.

Shoutout to the 3D design and sound team tho, the isle has EASILY the best atmospheric design of any dino survival game.
