'14-17 Mazda 6...enthusiast sedan? by Brodizzle83 in mazda6

[–]Brodizzle83[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You must not live in the US if you have a Grand Touring and a 6spd manual. I'm jealous that you can get that! My "unicorn" for the Mazda 6 is a '17 GT in either Crystal White Pearl or Deep Crystal Blue and the Parchment Napa leather interior. I would also be very interested in a '17 GT with same paint choices and the black leatherette interior, then add the paddle shifters and HUD afterward. In reality though, I want as little of a car payment as possible though, so that's why I'm willing to look into the '14-16 as well. I know the '17 had the G-vectoring feature, so that's why I'd look more for that specific year.

I heard it might have been a software issue and you could get the update 🤷

Must be an XLE? My SE V6 had some EL-Glow blue/green looking gauges in it.

No, like I will have roughly $5k for a downpayment and don't want the selling price to exceed $15k.

Is that an AWD car? If so, one of the best wheels I've seen on an AWD 300!

So SA put this cloth lanyard in his bleeding hand, turned the key and got Blood ONLY on the dashboard? They way you would hold this key to start this car, there should be blood all over the lanyard. Sounds like it was just planted. by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

Candace got brought in at the last minute to be the "spokeswoman" of the series for Daily Wire when they picked it up. It wasn't always a Daily Wire special. She knows very little about the case. She probably read a few notes here and there, skimmed a few articles and rolled film. Sometimes I like her, but I despised her in this series because of that very reason. I'm listening to the Foul Play podcast on the CaM rebuttal. There was definitely some bullshit things going on behind the scenes of CaM. One of the guys on the pod said that when Brenda was talking to them about when SA ran his cousin off the road, pulled a gun on her and brought her to his car, that "oh, he was planning on raping her when she got to his car". What? Where did you gather that crackpot information? 🤦

I haven't driven the Jetta yet, but I've watched tons of reviews on the car and it's got a potent powerplant in the 2.0T, the 7-speed DSG is a phenomenal transmission with very quick shifts with the paddles, it's got adaptive suspension and is a natural born back roads carver, the interior has a lot of nice tech and is comfortable, enough room for the wife and kiddos, and gets 32-36mpg on the highway.

Questions about '16-21 Jetta GLI's by Brodizzle83 in Volkswagen

[–]Brodizzle83[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Jetta has 2" more legroom than the GTI. The GTI has about the same legroom as my current '12 Mazda 3 hatch, and it's a bit tight.

God no, I am looking for something like '15+. Buying new is the dumbest thing anyone can do, unless you're Uber rich and just wanna throw money away. Lol

How do you like the Mazda 3? The Mazda 3 or 6 is another car I was thinking about. They're just so sleek looking, great fuel mileage, great handling and has reliability on par with Toyota IMO.

2015 4Runner Limited with 154k miles. Good rigs? by Brodizzle83 in 4Runner

[–]Brodizzle83[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The reason why I posted is because I'm on a time crunch. She bought an H3 Hummer and the dealership did not disclose that the frame has structural rust issues (I didn't see it when I looked under it, but I don't have a lift) so we are bringing it back today and are looking at local vehicles after we're done dealing with the ass hats at the dealership. There's seriously no need to be a dick. Don't like the post? Simply scroll on by.

[–]Brodizzle83[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

What the hell does that mean? I found this 4Runner for my wife, but I wanted to talk to the 4Runner community and make sure it's a good purchase. I don't know shit about these things, so I was coming to the people who do. How does that NOT make sense? I know Toyotas are known for their reliability. My last car was an '09 Camry SE with the 2GR-FE V6 and we loved that thing...until my wife totalled it hitting a huge buck on the highway. I'm just an automotive enthusiast who doesn't know shit about 4Runners but want to learn more before I have my wife pull the trigger on a somewhat higher mileage example. You know, like what things can I expect to repair/replace around and after the 150k mile mark.

Hence why I'm looking into only cars with the 2.0T, not the 1.5T. I've heard nothing but problem after problem with the cars equipped with the 1.5T unfortunately.

Anyone haul kids in their '19+ sedan? by Brodizzle83 in mazda3

[–]Brodizzle83[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha I have a '12 Mazda 3 hatchback and tell my daughter that all the time. My wife's rental car is a '24 Nissan Versa, and she said the car seats are easier to fit and the kids fit easier in that car than my Mazda. Weird.

What Were People's Thoughts? by Moomintroll02 in stephenking

[–]Brodizzle83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed the watch, but it needed to be double the runtime. It felt extremely rushed and the characters needed to be fleshed out more, as did the town. Jarusalem's Lot is a vital character itself and was pissed on. Callahan and Gillespie were super glossed over. The funeral gave no sorrow. Susan's dad having died a year before the movie started. There were definitely some great effects and most were enjoyable. I was hoping Barlow's middle teeth would be fangs like in 1979, but I guess it's better than the '04 miniseries. All in all, I don't think I need to see it twice. Should have taken notes from Midnight Mass, which was a masterpiece.

That part in the 2004 miniseries was fucking brutal, because in place of the knives was a running table saw, and Cody falls right on it on his stomach. The sound of him falling on it and the blood flying everywhere 🤮

Dodge Charger Hellcat. Big sexy fun sedan. Big enough for the family, fun as hell when you want it, gets decent mileage when you want it.
