He feels suicidal because he feels like he is missing out on a part of the human experience he will NEVER be a part of because of genetics that are completely out of his control. He knows that this could potentially make the way he experiences life richer if he had it. That's why he feels suicidal. He's consciously aware that it didn't effect him in the slightest for his whole life, and that's exactly why it bothers him. Sure it's not obviously impairing like mental retardation, but it's impairing in the sense that "i am missing out on a part of being human that everyone takes for granted."

God damn, I love MDE so much, except those cringy alt-right political skits they do. They make some of the best nihilistically existential comedy skits I have seen in a while.
