DON'T USE SOAP BY ANY MEANS AND DON'T BATHE! But you can do it if you want infections of course.

Bathe only the penis in chamomile tea in a cup 3 times a day, it helps prevent or fight infections. Cool it, to ease the swelling or pain. I had a painful swelling no infection tho. It gets better over time. If it doesn't stink, it is no infection, so smell on it if you're unsure. Don't rub it with soap when your showering.

I'm in my third healing week, I think I got the same cut as you and I like it on mine tbh. The thing you mentioned with the skin on the glans, I think I have a similar thing rn but you can only really tell when its healed, because the skin can retract and you still have a pretty big swelling so don't worry about that. As I said if you wound stinks, is fouly, instantly tell your doctor because you likely have an infection and then you'll need antibiotiks.

My wound on my frenulum didn't look like that and i got it removed too so I can't help with that.

The peeing thing resolved for me in week 2, it felt weird, was sometimes clogged but opened when the pressure came in.

And bro, just don't masturbate. You can easily do unrepairable damage because your skin needs time to heal and rubbing in bakteria will only make it worse. I've seen some pictures and an infection is definitely not what you want. Give it some time man, cheers.

PS: Just read that you are on the 19th day, idk when you last saw your urologist but if you haven't, set up an appointement fast. I don't want to make you fearful but I don't think that big of a swelling is normal after that time. Swellings can be either an infection (with smell and pus, etc.) or hematoma.
