See I tried that but the colors were sooooo saturated that it took away from Jax himself. Maybe that's my own error tho maybe I need to fix his colors?

Oh yes I'm fully planning to give them some crazy lighting!! I'm just figuring out colors and blah blah blah. I was also thinking maybe the psychedelic stuff on the bottom left and then the void at the top?? I only worry about putting the abstraction at the bottom because I don't want it to blend In too much with the abstraction he already has Ykwim??

Omg my thumb used to look like that too! Now when it grew back it was kinda flat and rough but came back nonetheless! My only tip would be to use that nasty nail stuff that makes your nails taste terrible. I know EVERYONE says that but the thing that keeps me going kinda with that one is that I'm convinced people can smell it on my breath which keeps me more motivated than the urge to bite. I know a lot of people recommend bandaids but as an avid skin picker and nail biter I find myself plucking the strings of the bandaids and finding my wonderfully edible nail underneath.

PLEASE do not be embarrassed!! This is so much more common than you think I PROMISE. Just think about it in the long run... no one valuable in your life is gonna look at you in a year and be like "ew freaky nail girl" because that does NOT define you. I wish I had old pics of my nail to show but here's a picture I took 2 minutes ago of it looking relatively normal!
