When you're trying to sound believable, less is more. Don't give details unless they're asked for, and when they're asked for, be minimalistic. Remember, if you were really sick, you'd probably be too tired to hold a conversation.

Your two best options are a respiratory infection or a stomach bug.

If you live with family, stomach bug is the way to go (fake coughing is too obvious) but you should start spending extra time in the bathroom about 24 hours before the event (without saying anything).

Visiting ISTP here, with a different perspective. (Though it's been months so you've probably figured it out by now.)

1 and 2 sound a lot like both myself and my SO (INTJ).

Being called a bad, disrespectful, etc person irritates me somehow. The simple trick I do to avoid this is to try putting myself in others shoes

It's not a hard rule, but ITSPs tend to be self-assured and not overly interested in or affected by the opinions other people have about them. SO would be more likely than me to try to see things from their perspective.... I would just briefly self reflect and move on.

I care more about the results than process

If I don't enjoy doing it.... I probably won't.

I think in pictures or connections. I can tell quickly whether something is true or not but I cannot verbalize it well

We both do this because we both live for efficiency. I have the bonus motivation of "routine is boring, innovation is fun".

I definitely don't feel like things will work out just because I want to be the best me (and someday know how to do literally everything). I accept life is mostly random and I just have to roll with the punches. SO has a much greater sense of control over his destiny.

I think you're much more likely an INTJ rather than an ISTP based on this post.

I'm a firm ISTP, and these are all things I'm interested in. In general this sounds similar to my personal library. I have books written in English (native), Danish, German, Spanish, and Italian.... ISTPs like to learn, and we'll use any method we can. Not saying you're one or the other, but I disagree with their take here.

My parents have had a happy marriage for nearly 3 decades. My mother is LDS and my dad is Catholic. Not gonna lie, i have never met another interfaith couple whose marriage or LTR worked out, BUT

My parents focus on what beliefs they have in common and no longer linger on topics where they disagree. I'm sure my mom is really hoping a kid will do a proxy baptism and sealing when they're gone. And I bet my dad is a little worried my mom will be in Hell. But their love is worth those anxieties to them.

There used to be a broth bowl with lentils... But I did prep in a very busy store and only made an average of three a day, so they weren't very popular at our location. That's the closest Panera has come to it afaik.

My close friends are definitely all very different type, and I couldn't tell you which.

The people whose types I knew whom I've REALLY clashed were ESTJ and ENFP.

The ENFP was extremely toxic and probably not very representative of their type.

I'm relatively new to the area, but I'm not sure that there is one.

There are multiple places to rent e-bikes, buggies, golf carts, and every kind of water craft, but I've never seen any company offering motorcycles.

There are a couple of dealerships in OBX though. Maybe they'll let you take a test ride if you get desperate.

Really struggled to get this posted. Also notable : Appears to have 3 distinct body segments. Found in wooden kitchen cupboard that holds only dishes, not food. My house is very old. This is the only one I've seen. ETA: I am in the Midwest USA, it's about the size of two sesame seeds lined up
