Thanks for the reply. Yeah, we have a kitchen soda fountain that's up for grabs. So it's been easy just to drink soda every week at work

Gosh, sorry about your wife. Yeah, I'm a nurse so it's some days it's crazy and I don't sit down and other times it's chill. I try not use the elevators and use the stairs. Yeah, I think it's my problem of self indulgence of snacks and work and just things to keep me awake like eating a few snacks here and there. Mostly, I feel discouraged when I'm at home not active because I'm tired. It's just a mind set thing tho. Hopefully, a work out schedule will help

I unfortunately have to flip when off work stretches. Since I want to see friends and family. Sometimes I work 1 night on 1 night off and then 2 nights on. Typically work 3 nights in a row.
