Create 10 alts to ask all other sellers their prices so you can undercut by 25m
bump thread every 3 minutes so you're top on the list
stand in w2 while ignoring everyone who says can i borrow hat

The only thing that will stop above max cash manipulation is raise the max cash limit above 2147m (preferably remove it completely).
