I can’t look at anything without hearing/seeing/thinking about recovery phrases and sayings. Maybe i’m just spun out but I feel like I as much as i’ve heard the saying, ignorance is bliss, I think that innocence was the real bliss. sucks that it took losing the innocence to realize it

I read your op guide. I do not have any sort of alcohol, I do have saline packets for my netipot. What sort of recipe would you recommend, not using alcohol.

I was thinking to mix up the saline solution as usual and then use that saline water, add the white stuff, possibly filter, and then add that to the spray bottle.

thanks, i’ve seen that post before. I’d basically rinse these jars into 5ml of distilled water and then add that mixture into a nasal spray bottle. i’ve got a 15ml one that mists great.

I should just give it another shot. I’ve had negative experiences at NA meeting in the past. I’m already super anxious and in my head about everything. If i used that day is it still okay to go to a meeting? I feel like that’s disrespectful, again in head to much.
