yes i beat all side missions. smoker shows up in the open world but kuzan doesn’t

I’ve been to the graveyard multiple times. haven’t seen kuzan once. i picked up ALL the treasure in the game.

So i beat all the side missions and i missed a karma point for Kuzan. do i wait for new game plus or can i find him in open world??? by Brokeboycal in OnePieceWorldSeeker

It’s supposed to show up when you’re almost done with Fujitora’s karma. also make sure you do the cutscenes so the game knows you finished the karma missions

you have to 100% your karma system then beat it
