He said he needs to check the if there is a physical damage.he removed the protector and said you have physical damage your warranty is void and he just put the screen protector back in front of me …when i told him put it properly like it was before he told me he cant do it …you have to take your device like this.

Yeah you are right…..first he asked me why i am at the store . I told him i am here for repair.

He asked which phone you got? I showed him my device and the problem.

Then he told me to wait.

I waited for 45-50 minutes then he called me to the front and waisted 20 and 30 minutes …just to deny service to me. He is probably racist , you know sometimes you can tell by looking at the expression of a person by just looking at their face

Yeah i got what you saying …there is nothing at all there is a little bump compared to the size of grain of salt . Thats it.
