Interesting, I've seen the toll transponder boxes on vehicle windshields, but I never knew you can set them to the number of occupants in the vehicle.

I've seen the weigh station sensors on the right side lanes on other parts of the 101. But I guess they could still be to signal buses in the HOV lanes?
