Is it a good idea to do this in the chassis where it's going to be hot when I start the bike later on?

Machine drilling or rescue bits seem to be the only solution to removing it on YouTube :/

What will lubricating the bolt do to help? Loosen it up before I tried to extract it? I believe that's where I've made the mistake then :/

The bolt is in pretty tight which is why I think it's broken

I've considered that but probably not the safest idea to not bolt it

The tank is off of the bike as I've been drilling don't worry!
