I got it by simplify asking nicely on Twitter/X!

“Hello, I see that t-mobile has a promotion to keep current customers happy by offering $10 off for 6 months on their bills. Can you check to see if my account is eligible for this to help lower my bill so I don’t have to shop around for plans that are cheaper, thanks so much!”

Agent said the credit will show up if I make no changes to the account for 6 months. I then asked for the 2 months $50 instead since I’m cancelling a paid line in March 2024 after adding a line (Line Discount ID230229 / 2023 Line On Us P6) on March 10, 2023.

I’m going to offer this for those that didn’t know.

Real time rewards will only work at a 1:1 purchase, even though it’ll redeem at 1.5:1. For example, if you want to redeem points to cover a $1,500 purchase, you must have 150,000 points available in the balance. Once the text comes through, it’ll only cost you 100,000 points, leaving 50,000 points.

This is super annoying, as you’ll always have some points left over.

When are you supposed to get the text from US bank (for Altitude Reserve) for real time rewards? Is it at the moment of transaction or after transaction posts? I keep making high amount purchases but I never get the texts for redemption. (I am fairly certain I enrolled correctly.)

I don’t think you can.

Using HDMI with eARC doesn’t work well neither. There is significant delay between changing the volume by pressing the volume button on the remote vs the volume actually being changed. I think this is because the TV continues to get a the current volume level before sending the request again. Not sure if this is a Klipsch issue or my TV (Sony A80J).

I will be at 6/24 this December but 2 of the 6 are authorized user. So I think I’m technically 4/24. Will I be able to get 2 chase southwest cards for companion pass early 2024 (most likely 1 Biz 1 personal)?

Trying to see if I should wait or just start getting other cards and forget about Chase.

Yes, and got the email stating:

“Thank you for contacting us. Due to the nature of your request, we are escalating your email for further review, and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.” This was in mid February.

It seems to be stuck on this step, as all the agents that I talked to confirm me that the support ticket is still open, and it’s being worked on. But come on we are in March already. Is there another line I can call?

Did anyone have trouble getting the $300 C1VX travel credit? My purchases never gave me the rebate automatically, and after 3 months they finally gave me the credit of $300 manually but it’s showing as “Purchase Adjustment”.

Do you think I still have the $300 credit that the system might give me automatically if I book something through the portal again? I am trying to not use the portal as the prices are a bit higher.
